HDPE/PVC Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line

Inroduction of Pipe:

Double-wall corrugated pipe of diameter ?90-?1500mmis a new type plastic pipe.Compared with metal, ceramic, concrete and other pipes, double-wall corrugated pipe has many advantage such as lower weight, lower cost, erosion resistance, smooth inside-wall , high intensity, abrasion resistance, easy connection and so on. So it is used widely for sewerage and drainage system(larger diameter), cable protection system(smaller diameter), etc.

Features of Line:

HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe line developed by FRIEND company is configured with high-efficiency single screw extruder, laminar flow distributor, dual passage spiral composite extrusion die, corrugated forming system, spray cooling water tank, cutting unit and stack unit.

High performance single screw extruder with special screw and grooved feed barrel can ensure good extrusion in high efficiency.

The extrusion die surface is nitrided and polished. A wall thickness-regulating device is equipped in die lip to be suitable for production of different raw materials and ring resistance material. Special structure die make the thickness of the inner and outer wall even, and stable molding. In addtion, it has unique water cooling structure inside and close air flowing structure.

The shuttle corrugated forming system ensures high efficiency extrusion of high quality pipe. The special aluminum alloy mould bolck with anti-adhereing treatment, cooling air, cooling water and vacuum channel inside of mould block ensure good forming structure of pipe and fast cooling speed. Advanced online belling system lowers the investment and increase the efficiency. In addtion, the forming systme is provided with self-protection device for sudden power cut.

The cutting unit can cut pipe in right position by tracking switch. The high quality alloy knife and clamp tools can satisfy different cutting.

The line adopts OMRON or MITSUBISHI PLC computer control system with touch screen interface, which guarantee automatic and reliable operation.
